Spring System Start-Up ~
Spring cleaning your irrigation system prolongs life and improves watering efficiency. Saving you time, saving water and saving money.
Opening the main water valve to allow the pipes to fill with water gradually. We open them slowly as to prevent the pipes from cracking.
During this visit to your property we will perform the following:
- Pressurize your irrigation system. Low pressure indicates a break in the line or missing sprinkler head.
- Turn on each zone from your system controller and check each sprinkler head for proper rotation and adequate coverage. We will adjust the sprinkler pattern as needed. You don't want to be watering your driveway or sidewalk.
- Check for leaks or breaks in the pipe. Winter can do a number on parts.
- Adjust heads to grade level if needed.
- Check and clean filters as needed.
- Set clock and adjust watering schedule and each zone run time for the specific weather and climate on your system controller.
- Check your rain sensor device to ensure in good working order.
- Make necessary minor adjustments and determine if there are any needed repairs.
