Monthly System Check ~
Many of our customers add a monthly check up to ensure everything is working properly. During this visit to your property we will perform the following:
Visually check the condition of your turf and plants. If dry areas, check that the heads are working properly and the controller run times are providing proper coverage.
- Turn on each zone from your system controller and check each sprinkler heads to ensure adequate coverage. We will adjust the sprinkler pattern as needed.
- Check for leaks or any breaks in the pipes. Often cars or lawn mowers will run over the heads and can cause damage to the parts.
- Check clock and adjust watering schedule and each zone run time for the specific weather and climate on your system controller.
- Check your rain sensor device.
- Make necessary minor adjustments and determine if there are any needed repairs.
